Hey, kids! Captain Hero here with Getting Laid Tip 213 - The Backrub Buddy!

Find a chick who’s just been dumped and comfort her by massaging her shoulders, and soon, she’ll be massaging your prostate.

Best thing about them is the BorgWarner box, rip the bellhousing off and throw a Rover8 in it with Rv8 BW35/65 bell housing
I know...I have a small thing about V8's in everything

The Rover is all alloy and I bet lighter than the TR motor, the TR is iron block isn't it? The TR has 150hp doesn't it? with less torque. The Rover came out with 180hp in some guises (10.5-1cr and no emissions, like my P6) and 200hp is very easy to achieve, 220+ with cams and SD1 Injected heads etc, cheap as chips to do also.
I agree on the noise, those Trumpy 6's can sound very nice.

I am biased though, I like the Rover, it's very light (Similar weight to a few cast iron four cyl motors), simple to set up, cheap to modify and easy to fix

Apparently it's possible to get over 20mp average with a slushy BW auto. Mine never got anything like that, my foot was a little heavy...V8 with open secondaries = Heaven.

I'd like an XJ6 though, beautiful cars.
