Not sure i buy this video, alot of angles that we are not seeing.

First what Job does his daughter do?
How long has she been working there for?
Is she qualified? obviously not if shes 17.
Is she part time?

I think $9 an hour is pretty fair for a 17 year old.

All that raising the minimum wage will do is shut down small business and raise prices.

I think John Keys agrees that the minimum wage is low, but realizes the consequences on raising them, which is why he said "how do we get the wages higher".

If this government can do as they appear to state and achieve higher efficiency and improvements to a wasteful economic design then I salute them. Thats the usual rant from a new team though, a new broom.....

See, that's where it all gets difficult. Take "Key's fatcat mate" Lord Ashcroft, who the likes of Skyryder and that "This weeks labour talking points"-Wedgie bloke seem to think is quite probably satan himself...but he was the bloke that put up the reward that got the medals back to the army museum, which rates pretty high on my altrusitic and ethical scale.

Skyryder would probably say that Sue Bradford was altruisitic and ethical...whereas people with a brain would probably label her as a dangerous communist harpy bent on returning the country to the stone age...
