How do you deal with deaf idiots? (Self anointed leader)

Theres this woman who thinks she is the bomb. She thinks she created the heaven and the universe and everything in it. Shes definitely not attractive either (get my drift?). Most of all, she anoints herself as a leader and tries to do shit by herself. Oh and did I mention she doesn't listen to the people whos under her "supreme authority"?

Sounds like a few KB members but since shes not on KB, I'd like some advice to deal with this woman. Any psychologist here on KB?

Symptoms I found:

Loneliness: Seeks attention. Strongly urge her opinions to gain attention.
Arrogance: Thinks she has the nessesary experience. God-knows-what she knows.
Quarrelsomeness: Whenever her opinions are clashed with other's, she'd butcher the whole world to bring out all the evidence from her experience story which I doubt it's existence and it's depth.
Narrow Minded: To her just a gossip, article read, small reading etc is everything. e.g. Because she had a flatmate who did a business, she thinks she knows all the principals of business. Shes not even a business student nor had experience of any sort of work.

Last time she told me

"I know because I had more experience than you"

and that pissed me off quite a bit. What made her the decision that she knows more than I? What kind of a judgement is that? What made her think shes lived my life and think shes better than I?

I'm not unhappy (nice word

) because I'm jealouse. It's one of those unwise (a.k.a male-cattle-feces) hearings that drives me into malfunction.

She is ither getting too much cock or not enough. Females who show such symptoms as you have described fail to respond to reasnonabe arguemt.

Have whip round the office and by her a dildo. She'll either 'self medicate' or be so embarresed she will resign.

Often you have no say in what someone does, just as they have no say in what you do. Why can't you just head off elsewhere so you are not in her space? (and she is not in your face..)

I'm working on that. That's not too hard to do but last time when I did it she started crying and shit.

Saying maybe easy, but saying it in a nice way isn't so

I got an MA in Psychology (I really do).

I reckon its just lack of self esteem and she's projecting all that aggression as a compensatory mechanism...

OR she might have "boss bitch" syndrome - happens to quite a few (but not all) first born daughters...I was married to one such

Treatment? Kick her up the arse. Hard as you can. Be worth the jail time for the satisfaction you'd get...
