Making up for lost time. WTF! Its one of the jobs that needs to be done and you know it, specially when there is a large pile up of jobs that need to be entered. I can't fit in where you were working and do stuff as you take up to much room BAHAHAHAHAHA

Its an easy route... from howick take Whitford road to Whitford village to Maretai and Clevedon. Left at the roundabout and follow the road. Kawakawa Bay has a dairy on the corner. If you find yourselves going up a steep hill with sharp 25km/hr corners then you've gone too far.

I would come and lead but I'm keen to try the SH22 ride this weekend. Maybe Sunday 15th ?

    Any more details ??

meeting place? time? route? what time would it finish?

I don't know if I can make it yet, but more details would make my decision making process alot easier.

I reckon we should go the SH22 ride. There will be enough of us slow riders so we wont get left behind, plus some of the experienced guys will hold back for some of the ride, they said they'll take it in turns. So if we all do SH22 there will be like 30+ bikes too, that would be cool as

    just an idea

    That was my first idea.

How many people want to do this? I mean its not hard to get to Ngatea (That’s as far as I would go).
It’s the motorway that puts me off. To tempted to go 100 when I shouldn’t be.

We have decided to cancel this ride and do as much as possible of the 22 ride instead as this will increase number of people going on the 22 ride.

    Hey

Dont worry about the motorway man

Just get in a group, me and some others are meeting out west then heading to the meeting point. I went on the motorway last weekend after just 3 days of riding, its easy just going in a straight line following someone else.

GOod call on the SH22, im slow too we can just stick together, either someone will ride with us or they'll wait for us to catch up, they dont mind.

    See you all there !
