I have a (smashed with one big dent) 99 Blade tank if you keen.
Should be able to fit just fine (or with little adapter plates for the screws if not)

    You can take it free-of-charge

    Hi

Thats great, i've looked at a few pics and i think you're right it should fit with little modification.

Only question is how BIG is the DENT and where abouts?

Can you take a picture of it?

    thanks loads!

I'll try to get the picture tonight.
But, as far as I can remember, the dent is slightly larger than a fist, and it is around the left hand side of the top part.

    Some pictures here.
Admitedly it is not in its healtiest stage, and I don't even recall how it happened as I passed out at that time.
But if you can repair it, good on ya.

I'd prolly have to cut the bottom off the tank to knock that out as much as possible, not sure i'f i'm keen to do that, i'll leave it cheers.

it was a generous offer never the less and thanks!!!

    Yeh......I thought so.
Never expected anyone to take up that tank. LOL
I remembered going OFF the road, then got flipped up midair, watched my bike flipped too, then everything went dark, and the next thing I saw a few riders around me and I said "....elp...."
All sweet, no injuries except financially.

Anyway, good luck with the tank hunt.

    Hi

My new tank was 90AU and his delivery to NZ was 40AU, so I’m guessing he will just use a courier.

Sorry cant suggest anything as the guy is sorting it all for me.
