What's new, mark read - too close

    Gak,

Call me incoherent, but I repeatedly click on the stupid "mark everything read" link instead of the "whats new" link. Of course, there isn't any fucking new posts after I just marked everything read is there...

Now its better than before, where I had to search through menus to find "mark read", but maybe they can be slightly further apart, for fumble fingers like me.

"read what Steve says. He's right."
"What Steve said pretty much summed it up."
"I did axactly as you said and it worked...!!"
    "Wow, Great advise there DB."

Ok, I clicked on 'New Posts', 'Mark Forums Read' is still on the far right. Maybe there is a different page you're working from.

    haha, ok..

Yeah I was using the "whats new" button on the right. "new posts" on the left will do nicely.

edit: tried it.. no good! "new posts" button is too far away! "whats new" button is too close!

    cheers!

by the way, can the "mark posts read" be made into some ajax thingy so I don't have to open it in a new tab and then close it?

    Just an idea.

I found the comments for my rep under the "settings" tab on the top of the page.
It has taken a while to get use to the nw layout but finding things has not been too bad.
like how to expand the reply box to "see" what Ive written, not that it matters.
I write heaps of shit anyway.
Bugger it, have to reload spell chack, as Ive gone back to my desk top from my lap top.
    Its faster
