Is the 96-99 SRAD stator cover compatible with the 01 GSXR?

I'm looking to replace the stator cover on my 01 GSXR1000. I've been looking on ebay and I've seen a couple of adds for after market covers at a great price. But they're suggesting they'll fit the years 96-03 which just doesn't sound right to me. Anyone out there know if the SRAD cover will fit the K1?

Click for Ron Ayers. There is a section there called fiche. Click on that, find both models of bike (open two windows), find the appropriate cover, compare part numbers and design. There might be something up with the fiche part of the site though, I can't access it at the moment.

I got myself one of these for my bike. Absolutely gorgeous, and very strong. Replaceable skid plates as well. Billet goodness for about the same amount as a factory cover.
