    KLR650 Tengai

    KLR650 Tengai for sale

Good for gravel road trips or just for commuting or whatever.
Nice to ride cause you're high up, good grippy tyres for wet roads and crappy surfaces.
Not good for people with short legs!

This is a the japanese built motor, not the malaysian, or thailand or wherever the later ones are made.
The doohickey is apparently not a problem on these japanese motors.

i had the same model in red, and it is a problem,
right from the late 80s klr600's through to the 2008 model 650s
its not detrimental to the engine, just annoying if it goes, bad design on kawasaki's part, i made it to 65000 km on my tengaii before mine needed changed,
good luck on selling the bike, they are great weapons

isorry but any one doing an internet search would have found out, and its by no means a major fault to the bike,
or even a huge issue fixing it it does go.
they are one of the best enduro tourers out there, especially the tengaii with its massive tank range,
if i had $3000 to spare i wouldnt hesitate in buying it,

you don't need luck, they are great bikes,
