There never was a "law passed heaven only knows how long ago", police and also MoT always had the power under legislation to stop at random.

Lucy, if the ticket you got was for failing to produce your licence with a fee of $55, please PM me and for heavens sake ignore the bush lawyers on here who often have inbuilt prejudices and know nothing of what they are talking about.

I was under the impression that if you didn't have your licence on you at the time they gave you an opportunity to come and present it at your local police station and let you off any ticket. I guess thats only when they are in a Super-nice mood.

I won't be calling the pigs for anything. I'm completely through with them.

Didn't realise you lived on a farm.
Mabey you should change animals. I hear sheep don't need to be called.

I've never dealt with a bad cop (yet). Most of them are good, hard working people who do a largely thankless job which most people won't be able to handle.

I don't hate cops, I was mad at myself. I just wanted him to stop apologizing so I could go home and get out of the rain.

If you read my first post, you will see that I wasn't complaining about getting busted for breaking the law.

you were just saying that you called them the other day. Perhaps you simply got a bit of kamah coming your way.

Im betting that you would call the cops in a heart beat (again) if anyone did something even tiny, wee and little to you. Simply put DB - squeeling is in your DNA.

Perhaps if you treated them with more respect you might get some in return.

OH - and a question for you. When they were out at your place a couple of weeks back - how many times did you have the guts to call them fucken pigs to their face???

    I reckon! Far out.

Teach its owner to fix it and it'll break in some way you've never seen before.
