What date? Will they be running SS's and F4's together or could I race both?

One race with both classes. I've added the date - 27-28 February.

Oh well, that solves that problem. Now I have to figure out what bike... What track they using?

    Cheers for the heads up!!

That isn't guaranteed, if it is wet I can think of a couple of bucket riders that could cause a surprise or two.

Yep, Gavin Veltmeyer (Nth Island) sometimes runs his FXR (bucket) in the SS150 races and does bloody well!

I ran the FXR in the S/S support class at the Ruapuna Nats a couple of years ago with Yow Ling and we were running mid pack......good fun.

yes in the wet, an expirienced rider can beat a less expirienced rider on a faster bike....

but after racing in streetstock in the hot dry weather, my cbr anyway cant keep up.
Ill be riding my kr at nzsbk at manfeild cant wait!!

that fast $5k bucket that was for sale on here with a good rider would beat a ss150....but then again its $2k more expensive than my kr and most rg's

Like I said, If you want to win...

I raced it on the old Taupo in club level F3 a couple of times and was far from last. A lot of fun surprising those big 400 street bike shitters stuffing it to them in the corners after they fave blasted by down the straights.

I know of a Suzuki GP125 that might be able to take it. Faster in a straight line than a SS150 or 250 for that matter and it didn't cost that much either.

Sadly.....Nope........its a CHCH ride and could be made to blow the doors of any SS bike with a bit of work. Currently for sale on Trademe.

handling wise a ss150 bike would waste that bike....and plus does that bike have a 6 speed transmission?? for some reason i cant get the image in my head of that bike beating aprillia rs125's, rg's krr's....ect
