    2010 Winter Olympics

Anyone looking forward to the upcoming Olympics?

My favorites are (in order): Ice hockey, alpine, aerials, speed skating and biathlon.

Went to high school with a guy that does aerials, other then that can't say I'm rooting for anyone in particular. Have never really been too patriotic about the USA, more then anything in the Olympics just like watching good competition.

I love the figure skating myself. Keep a sharp eye out for some classic camel toe moments.....and the chicks are just as bad.

    Fucken A!
The winter Olympics are the best. Speed, carnage and bloody good entertainment.
Luge, 4-man bobsled, biathlon, GS and the skijumping!

Looking forward to it. Just a shame they didn't host the games in UK or Washington... they had HEAPS of snow!

    Found this and chuckled.

A bit of comedy about Eddie "The Eagle" Edwards, on the radio this morning, still brings out a lot of respect for those people who can sit at the top of one of the ski jump towers and have the balls to let go!
    Respec!

Looking forward to watching some of it. Seems more interesting than "normal" Olympics for some reason.

I think Jamica have a bob sleigh team again this year!

    Do you watch Winter Olym-pucks?

Will you watch the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics?

Me? Of course I will watch the opening ceremony hosted in my country.

The rest...well, will try to catch it as often as I can...not really a television watcher. They might have to make up new sports canoe jumping what with the rain they are getting in British Columbia...(embarassing, winter olympics in Canada and NO snow!)

If you do follow it what is your favourite sport?

Ski jumping and speed skating are my faves.

I have to say it's time for a big cup of "Who cares?" in my house...that's if I've actually got any left in the bottle following the start of the Super14 in the middle of the cricket season....

    Bloody superb!
The womans short course biathlon was good. If there is anything better than hot women in tight suits, skiing AND shooting I have yet to see it. Mrs suggested a bikini-clad event of the same thing... She is definately on to something there!!

Short hill skijumping yesterday. 106metres. Bloody hell! That distance, flying, with skis attached... Thugby and cricket can simply fuck off!
