Seen a movie called Chaos theory? This guys wife reckons he had an affair and another child, other than their own daughter....He denies it and heads of for a paternity test to prove his point....... only to learn he is sterile.....

A mother can force a male to provide a DNA sample to prove he is the father of her child.
A male can not force a mother to supply a DNA sample from herself or her child to prove he is not the father.
Declining to volunteer a DNA sample adds fuel to the doubt!

yes and the lawmaker are asinine. as such unless your married to the woman when she has your children (ie de-facto)you have to apply to the courts to be accepted as a guardian.
