    Enjoyed the ride and company.

Here is a brief ride report:

    Alternative Wedneday Ride Report

Also I have switched the calendar rides Three and Four around: next Wednesday (10 March) is Paekakariki and the following Wednesday (17 March) is the Wainuiomata Coast ride, just let some time pass for the coast resealing to bed in.

Cheers Guy, gave the pub a call and my "Change" will be there for me to pick up.

The ride last night was quite good, Man I really have to get used to riding hills with wind...

    Nah, not my shout Guy...

I do prefer the rides where nothing goes wrong tho

First Tuesday night ride (round the bays), Busted lights and a Puncture
Satuday ride (Makara beach then the 3 hills) Bee fricken STING!!!

    Last night............ Expensive beer!

1 out of 4 rides was uneventful.....

Group rides, Who says they aren't an experience.

Cool pictures David, by the time we got back down to the inlet the sun was well over the horizon, perhaps that's why so many of you didn't see the road slump going up the hill from the inlet just before coming down to Mana - well I suppose that is a good excuse. The slump has caught me out a few times with sudden front suspension k-thump. I see the road work markings on the road at the slump it is about time it is fixed.

Also you recall I mentioned the Wainui Coast Road ride, well it so happens there are rides Fri, Sat, Tues, & Wednesday over this coming week - they are in the main calendar.

It was a good ride up the Paekak hill and a good return around Gray's Rd. Nice to blow a few cobwebs off.... That big truck was a tad close coming around the tight right hander. I had to make a quick line adjustment and I am sure my close quarters follower would have made an even bigger one!
