    Mount for Navman

We have a Navman SmartST 2009 that we would like to mount on one of our bikes.

Has anyone managed to do this with this model? I've googled and haven't come up with anything so far.

Definately can't use the sucker windscreen mount, it falls off the plastic screen after a minute or so.

    Any suggestions gladly welcomed!

    Cheers.

Not sure if this one will fit your model, but even if it doesn't might still pay to contact them.

Yup, try RAM solutions. They can advise of the mounting required, high end prices though - but you get what you pay for.

JMJ is that one of these? We bought one - waiting for it to arrive.

We don't actually own the navman - borrowed it from my bro and he's not sure yet if he wants to sell it to us - so didn't want to outlay the $ for the RAM stuff, as good as it looks.

    yup thats the one mate...
    good value for the dollars..

there is a small hole in the bottom to let the cable out, my navman is a 4 inch screen, is good as it gives room for the plug to go in the side of the unit, any bigger and there wont be much room to plug it in,
the touch screen option works good through the plastic,
    its great at night..
i will say be careful when you tighten the mount bracket, as it could easy strip the thread, ive had no trouble with my set up.
it all runs off a cigi lighter socket in my glove box..

i programed all the motor camp in to it, so when i arrived at the town, just push a couple buttons and found it easy.

this unit the F20 has a neat option in the way of a gas pump button, press this and it tells you where the nearest gas station is and how far away it is,,,

this is great if you ride a hungry bike..

Thanks JMJ....the seller said the navman will fit.....and the plug is on the bottom of this unit.

Cheers for the heads up about tightening the bracket.
