How do I register!!!!http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/im...lies/blink.gif
Hi Justus - i think it may now be full!!!
check out www.prorider.co.nz
Sorry, just spotted this. I ended up booking in a couple/few weeks back. Karel's email did say the course was full but she's looking at doing another one in May.
Give her a call as I think she's got a waiting list - worth a shot, nigel
If you are definitely going, send me an email or PM. I'm aiming to leave home around 7-8am on Monday. I'll be riding back with Katiepie on Wednesday (maybe leaving Tuesday, but we're not sure yet, see how the day progresses).
I'm looking forward to it, I've got new tyres, bike serviced, new WOF, new rego & now no money.
Yep - looking forward to a great day on the course, then a fun ride up country with Dutchee! So pleased its only next week.
How many ladies are riding up Wednesday evening from Wellington?
Do you mean Monday evening from Wellington? I'm going up earlier on Monday - I work for myself so I am writing myself a note and finishing work at lunchtime - if I actually do any work....being monday and all.....
Looking forward to it!!!

Oh shoot - can't believe I typed Wednesday instead on Monday. I am a natural blonde, thanks for picking that up! :P
I did mean Monday evening... woops
I am riding up Tuesday morning from the Rapa - anyone want to join me?
I've had to change to the training day on may 10th due to field trip for uni=( Gutted i wont be able to meet all of you but hopefully should be good, just a little colder!
Cant wait till training day on monday!
Righto, get to meet some of you tonight
Ride safe everyone. I'm not sure what I'm more excited about - the training day or the ride down/back. I remember what xmas was like as a kid now - I'm sure that by the bombays I'll be feeling like I've unwrapped the last present and just want to go play with my friends. (ya know, the deflated feeling that it's just another day lol).
Oh, for those working today, have fun and try to concentrate on work hehehe

To any of the biker angels out there thinking twice about signing up for the training day in May - absolutely without a doubt you have to go and do the training. I went to the Manfeild day and can say that even with around 18 years riding experience I still learned new skills to keep me safe on the road. I totally recommend for all riders, whether on their learners or been riding for years. It is a day that is run to your experience level, they don't put you through anything you wouldn't have to do on the road.
Highly recommended course - and what's best is it was taken by a woman for women, she speaks the language if you get the drift. Go and enjoy and get the message out there that this day is worth every cent.
Be safe - be seen - be happy

Totally agree CnC - it was the most amazing day. I learnt so much in a safe environment. Like you, been riding forever, but learnt heaps and recommend all riders go and do this. Karel and her team made it so easy for us to learn. Read my report here - http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...post1129702211
Heres the photos of all you awesome ladies at Manfeild
