Just saw that 2 aircraft touched during training. No one hurt and aircraft landed safely.
However, they've pulled out for the season which looks like I won't be seeing them at Wanaka at Easter

If I were to be honest, albeit a little harsh - When I saw them perform at Taupo last year (November) it was apparently their first show for the season, and I have to say they were looking a bit shabby compared to the high standard of precision flying you normally see.
Don't get me wrong, I have a huge respect for the hard work and training those guys have put in to get where they are and to have the skills which they hold. I'm just comparing the display I saw with all the other displays I've seen over the last 10 years where the team has performed.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
