Is it possible to run a 520 front sprocket on a 525 chain or is that a bad thing?
Im looking at dropping one tooth on the front and all I can find are 520 sprockets.

Bad Bad Bad things will happen if you do that!
I take it you are talking about the NC30?
The chain will move from side to side, and potentially cut away at casings.....
Best way forward is to replace all the parts (Chain and Sprockets) at the same time anyway....

Yeah its for the NC30, trying to improve the performance of the old girl at taupo.
