Kawasaki KLR250 1985 coolant going in oil crankcase. Help!

HI,
My kawasaki klr 250 1985 model coolant going to crankase.
I thought that the waterpump seals was gone so i got the water pump seals and oil seal changed but that seems not the problem cause coolant is still going to oil crankcase.
When the bike is standing still and not started as i put coolant in radiator i can see green coolant filling up in oil sight glass.
I can start the bike it runs
This has got me puzzled HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!
