Yeah, the more the merrier! This Sunday the girls are going over to Raglan.

Normally, the ladies do Sunday rides once a month but occassionally, we go for the weekend.

It'd be great to get more on board. On the ride featured in Bike Rider Magazine, there were 4 ladies from Whakatane, 1 from Te Puke and 3 from Tauranga.

There is some range of skills from these girls, so whatever level you are up do, don't be bashful - you'll fit right in. There was a learner 15 y/o young lady on the last ride.

I am not going on the ride, Dawn, but I can give you the cellphone number to call to find out the details if you wish... I've got the nasiest lurgy atm, and have a full weekend lined up, so just can't make this one. Usually, they get there for lunch.

Remember, you are riding with ladies now - Just talk to the ridemaster miss, and tell them how you are feeling. You should expect a safe, unhurried weekend, with lots of rrrrrrrrrriding and plenty of giggles as well.

Also if you have a long ride to the initial meeting point, it might pay to stay over with someone nearer to the beginning of the ride.

Just read, and enjoyed, the article.
Cool to see such a broad range of ages etc - cool how motorcycling brings all different types together!
Also, it's good to hear about good places to travel and welcoming accommodation stops.

Cheers! Yeah, we all enjoyed the weekend. I think most of us have ridden together before.

Certainly the diverse age range brings out lots of different perspectives on all sorts of things! Loved it, and can't wait for the next weekend away...
