Need help with my final year university project

Hey Guys,

Basically, to graduate university, I have to do a project. This project must have a proper client, and must include about 450 hours of work (over the course of a year) for each of the three people who are in my project group.

I had a project lined up earlier - it was one provided by the university. It was all fine - until the external client randomly decided at the last minute that he couldn't be bothered with it, and just pulled out. This left the 3 of us high and dry. In the mean time, we've been given a 'replacement' project which is basically really irrelevant to our studies, and clearly a 'stopgap' type of thing. We'd really like to do a project that's at least slightly relevant to our degrees (Bachelor of Computer & Information Sciences with a major in Networking + Security).

So here's the question: Does anyone here know of any small/medium/big businesses that need anything computer-related done? Prefrably networking related (virtualization, VPNs, setting up a network, POS systems, that sort of thing). Any types of projects considered at this stage!

Also just to Make things crystal clear to anyone they might consider giving us a project - the work will be free, and of a very professional standard.

Bum.... well I'll rack my brain for you and let you know if I think of anyone..... Surely there is someone in the Auckland area that has a business that needs their website made absolutely fantastic or something similar done!
