Slofox, weren't you posting recently about being in such financial dire straights that you might have to sell the bike? Save your $$ dude.

Sounds like you put a lot of K's on your bikes (fugall resale), ride your current bike into the ground by which time you'll have saved enough to buy your new bike freehold.

Yea - I was indeed posting that. But I decided to sell the house instead and keep the bike...

Last payment paid over yesterday. So that's $85.00 per week that is no longer going out of the bank vault...now, what can I spend it on instead..?

Well you know something? It doesn't take long to surf the net and realise that whatever you think of HD's, they hold their value generally speaking. Also, (and again, generally speaking) they tend to be reliable these days. Sure, some earlier examples had their shortcomings, what earlier examples of ANY bike didn't, but today's HD's keep on rolling along in their typically unstressed fashion.

Lastly; I have seen many jap bikes on fires but not one Triumph, Duke, BSA, Norton or harley. There's a reason for that. Can't wait to see the next one.
