    I'd hope most peoples reactions on their bike would be to either A) brake, or B) turn. Not TURN and GRAB FULL BRAKE.

    Great use of bad skills for dramatic effect.

    So if they swapped places, does that mean it was the motorcyclist who caused the accident by swerving in front of the car driver riding the motorcycle?

    Can't be - motorcyclists don't make mistakes like that, do they?

    I can think of two people on this site that have had "run-ins" with cars where they both blamed the driver but were actually clearly at fault themselves!

    New Zealands bike awareness ads all seem to imply that bikes appear out of nowhere and that riders seem to intend it that way.
