    Christchurch 4wd tracks

Does anyone here know of any good 4wd tracks in or around Christchurch (other than the Waimak)? I have been to Coes Ford and Bethels Rd, and they are all chained off now. The track down Huntsbury Drive is locked as well, as is the one at the end of Kennedys Bush Rd.

There's one up the North side of the Ashley River which goes pretty much the entire length.

It can get pretty difficult when it's been raining and there's ruts from hell so you might need a back up vehicle. And a GPS if you're ever going to find the track you need to get out again.
