Looking for something around Franklin, 3 bedroom, nice, good neighbourhood, if anyone knows of anything coming up that be great... rent $300 - $500 ok

PS: And must have a garage for the bikes of course.

300 -500 for rent man you could mortgage a 220,000 house down here for less

Yup... wish I could... will be leaving Auckland as soon as the kids have finished school... or moved out which ever comes first...! Worked out to buy house 20% of the purchase price required... um $70k plus is just not in my budget this year or next erm... The banks have basically closed up on 1st home buyers... even though I have owned homes for 20 years, I gave up the house for the kids education... hard call... but you do the things you feel are right.
