    RIP Tim Chadwick

    http://www.google.co.nz/url?sa=t&sou...G8zuChJFRFzn0g

A very good friend of mine lost his life in a car accident yesterday. Tim was an amazing guy, with brilliant artist and writing skills. He is/was a motor sport freak, as some of his books will show.

Tim was writing a full book on my racing history, we have been at it over 12 months now

It was a privilledge to have known you Tim, and glad to have some of your art in my house

    RIP Mate

Sad news indeed. I know of him, through his saloon car racing books.

    Vale.

Tim Chadwick who used to write for Classic car magazine and wrote a book on motorcycling in New Zealand?? Sad day and a great talent lost to the world.

This is very sad news. I knew of him mainly by his art (being a Naki girl). My condolences to his family and friends.

A man with plenty of vision for sure, and a real loss to the community. He inspired my two duaghters no end in his art class and the petrol heads amongst us have lost a real freind. Its a sad time for anyone who knew him, and my thoughts lay with his family. Its a cool thread and a way for us to share the sorrow and highlight some of the awsome things he acheived.
