    Carjam

I checked the plates on Carjam of several vehicles that an associate of mine owns and all it says is "Please apply to the Transport Registry Centre, in writing, for details about this vehicle". It says the same thing about every vehicle he has registered in his name. He won't tell my how he managed to do that, anyone got any ideas?

Police officers, judges, other notable public officials, witness protection, battered wives, rich people, dodgy people, all often use this. Still others have registered their postal address to a PO BOX in the past, I assume that is also still possible.
