Sure - I'd be keen to tag along for that.

Cool. Will finalise closer to the time.

Apparently they don't let keeways on the track anymore so you will have to buy that new bike before then and get me to road test it for ya

Yep, theres some coming up in Aug to Sept , unfortunately we dont often have much of a choice for dates, its basically whatever those higher up the pecking order dont want..... during the peak summer months we cant get a look in for weekends - its all taken by motorsport racing events

Tell me about it... test riding something tomorrow and if I like it, I'll buy it. Gives me 2 days before the course. Haha, now hows that for leaving it to the last minute? Think it would be a great chance to learn how to ride my new bike!! Still, may not be able to make it all happen in time. Have only had my license for 2. Boy oh boy, no pressure hehe

    Hi All,
For those that are afraid of the rain.
Well, Manfeild is very grippy in the wet compared to the road. You will also be learning to ride your bike smoother, so there will be that "Fear of the Wet" being taken out of your psyche.....
That said, it looks like SUN for Monday..... I can't say there will be no wind though, after all this is the Manawatu we are talking about...

Oh, and you will get to meet me, as Karel has got me along to help out.
    Cheers.

Oooh - any hints on what you are testing?

    It's a hayabusa isn't it?

I know people say the busa is a good choice for your first big bike but you really want to look at something with a little more power. ;-)

I say she should turbo it. That will at least give a worthwhile power increase over the Keeway, after all.
