You have either a float problem (unlikely) or a shut-off needle jet problem (most likely). This could be either a poor seal (not seating perfectly) or a bit of crap in the fuel temporarily got stuck in there. Monitor for awhile, otherwise strip and clean etc.
What I'd suggest right now is take out the drain screw on that carby to clear out what you can from the bowl. Run it into a clean white cloth, so you can see what if anything comes out. Repeat for the other carbies, if there is some crud. And fit a fuel filter....
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
