    Fork oil?

hey guys, ive got a 99 cr125 and ive been having abit of trouble with the suspension setup. Was out at woodhill on the weekend and my front wheel just wanted to wash out every time i hit a corner. Ive returned all the suspension settings back to stock, but im wondering about changing the fork oil.

How hard is this to do? im not a complete mechanical retard but not that experienced either.

If its a 99 model and if it has not been done for a long time then its in need of a full fork strip and inspection. 11 years of wear and its undergone approximately 17000 compression cycles for every single lap on a typical MX circuit. Do the maths.....................
