    Jurassic Park 3 (2001)

Barely OK, just what you expect from the last two JP series, except this one's been bitten, chewed and spat onto the ground. This time it seems like the script writers were on the hurry to get off the island. I say it is an insult to Michael Chrichton's originals. Feels like Amblin Entertainment's B Movie.

Some big bites but no flavour.

    4.0/10

    Schindler's List (1993)

I rate films mostly by looking closly at the details of scale, music, influenceability (inspiration) and lastly asking myself "Will I see it again?" and "Will I recommend it?". This film ticks all the boxes and tops on all category. My MediaMonkey Player shows I played the Schindler's List theme song over 460 times. This film has basically changed my life. The way I talk, way I walk, how I dress and how I think, it was mostly influenced and inspired by this film. Seen it many times before and will see it again.

Schindler's List is in the 1st place on "EJK's Top 5 Films". If you know Schindler's List, you'll know me.

    10/10

On A Personal Note: Liam Neeson here. I originally liked the film, then the actor.

I wanted to like it but pretty much was rubbish! She is so thin and her lips are huge with her lipstick outside her lips - she wasn't looking too good really

when she was at her coke-addled worst, I think. Sad how she died, but not surprising.

I am going to see SUCKER PUNCH this week. fuck the reviews, it looks fantastic.

Oh, and PAUL, too. Simon Pegg/Nick Frost can do no wrong in my book (SHAUN OF THE DEAD, HOT FUZZ)

Beautiful shots in rio not overly violent (which I find increasingly harder to watch)
    Gritty, but not surprising

    You might like GOMORRAH http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0929425/

and ELITE SQUAD http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0861739/ which is particularly good. (same guy I think)

I look forwards to the reviews . They're the two i've been thinkin about going to. Paul is No 1 atm... primarily as I haven't found a dark enough cinema to watch girl movies (but the trailer I saw looked pretty spectacular... I just hope there's no cheesy "girl power" in it)
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

The Last King of Scotland (2006)

Very potent and powerful storytelling. It makes you tense, as if you are actually there. Forest Whitaker was so smooth and natural it didn't even look he was acting. However, the film is generally really great but not excellent.

Well made and well worth the watch. I recommend.

    8.5/10

    On A Personal Note:
*Forest Whitaker won the Best Actor Oscar for this. Have you seen his speech? It is as good as the film itself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-fGCHGTaGE

    Paul is fantastic.

The Trailer makes it look shit, but it's not. I was a little hesitant about Seth Rogen as Paul to start with, but it does work.

8.5/10. Not quite up to Shaun, or Fuzz, but very good work.

    Announce

OK seems like I was quite too generous when it comes to rating movies (averaging between 7 to 10 most of the time). The thing is: I choose to watch because I know and I liked it. So from now on when I go to my local video store, I'll go to each area (drama, action, adventure, horror, thriller etc), close my eyes and pick a random movie and watch that!

Should be interesting! Prepare for some random and wild reviews!!!!
