would like to re see it in 2d though as I thought some of it was a bit fast for 3d but then possibly that's my brain
I'd give the 2D version an 8.5 also, although the loki/hulk fight makes me want to nudge it to a 9...

Sick film. If you are anyhow claustrophobic then you will find this movie a nightmare to watch.

I love how this film makes you so attached to the character. Such tense.

    8.0/10

I wouldn't call it sick in any way shape or form...but both Rach and I enjoyed it.

    Iron Sky

Was expecting a lame-ish action piss take, and got even better. Lots of pisstaking, decent action, but the whole thing came together really well. Was a fucking good watch actually 8/10

Men In Black 3 - mmmm, funny as hell in parts, cool ending but so-so overall. I'd give it 7/10.

The Avengers - ah yep, can agree with all comments I've read up above. Funny as hell, tricky to incorporate the various parts and even though lots of FX it wasn't over the top. Saw it in 3D and that might have helped. Scarlett was only window dressing in my view, her acting was left behind by the other big names. I'd give it 9.5/10.

Just watched Real Steel, was surprised that it was better than it appeared to be in the trailer.

I get a bit sceptical when my facebook fills with "X movie is awesome" posts but The Avengers really turned out to be fantastic. We skipped the 3D nonsense and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I thought THE AVENGERS was excellent also. So pleased for Joss Whedon.

MIB3 was good but not great, but I didnt feel the need to choke the counter bitch at Hoyts and demand my money back.

I enjoyed GOOD FOR NOTHING as well. Although some definite moral ambiguity and a bit slow. but good on them for giving it a crack.

    The Grey

Such tenseful, adventure thriller. I really enjoyed it as I like this kind of philosophical thought provoking films (especially with Liam Neeson in it).

I wish I can understand the movie better but I'm not smart enough...

This is one of those movies I'd like to meet the director and have a nice long chat as to know more about their film making.

    8/10

Tried to watch bladerunner the other night. I can see why someone called it bladecrawler

I watched the latest cut (2007) if that makes any difference.

Not sure why it was voted #1 Sci Fi movie recently.
