    the movie itself is propaganda:
on the one hand we have "boohoo we're all sad and kiling people like actual boots on the ground" - to garner the sympathy of the public?
on the other it's all like "terrorism is bad hmkay, you're "saving american lives" (actual quote)"

on the whole, I cant see a purpose for this movie that doesn't benefit the JSA govt.

    anyway. enter conspiracy ax.

nauu. i'm young enough to know some shit. for the elders attending: the jewnited states government has released a video game (quite some time ago) to find suitable candidates for military operations
    scary? fucken wut.

that knowledge in conjunction with aforesaid movie, makes for a scary future of warfare.

which is what the "military industrial complex" is all about! (the future of warfare)
-they're looking for the next generation of soldiers, and finding them, likely, playing fuken video games

now this can be developed in several ways - the US feed actual intelligence into the game and see what the gamers do, or, eventually (if not already) stream live fucken feeds from the battleground through some computery shit to appear as pixels in front of kids for them to blast away at.

the extension of this runs two ways: one, the existing technology (drones) is perpetuated, extended, we have like, war-robot guys killing arabs or terrorists or drug cartels or whoever the fucken bad guy is this generation.

second: mech suits (a la crysis, or that entirely forgettable new ish tom cruise movie)

to be controlled by teh gamers. to be piloted by convicts or other politcal undesirables.

oh what a bright future i look forward to.

That's basically the premise of the movie "Enders Game"

    Loved this movie.
    bbbbbbbwbwbwbwbwbwbwbbbbbuh.

was not expecting to like it, despite the premise. it almost lost me a few times. and fuck does the lead personality grate me. (brilliantly acted)

but to the end. i'd rank it 7.9/10 just can't bring myself to 8, but it was none the less well watchable. unlikely twice, though.

Silent Hill was genuinely creepy. One of my favorite horror/thrillers.

    inside man.

based solely on the first 3 minutes, and the cast, 9.5/10 i'll come back in a couple of hours with whether it actually is.

A tad late on this one but exceeded my expectations. Solid flick, now onto the next one.

well it's a fucken doco, innit.

you'll have to forgive my lack of sympathy with people who are paid to go to other countries where they're not wanted and then piss the locals off.

you'll also have to forgive my extreme lack of giving a fuck about americans going to other countries where they're not wanted and then pissing the locals off.

but fucken 'ell. i should buy shares in ammo manufacturing.. then sell to both sides....
    o. wait on
(some jew beat me to it!)
i'd also expect, as a tactical thing, to make better use of long distance shooters/snipers ffs.

being filmed by NG i'd have expected some better cinematography, rather than the handy-cam bullshit. was moderately well cut, but i still haven't taken to this tv-style "show some things, then show someone's face giving their opinion on things" - no fucks given.

would i watch it again? categorically no.
should anyone watch it ever? not in any entertainment kinds of sense.
i suppose, in the NG theme of things, it could suit some kid doing homework on why americaunts shouldn't go to other countries where they're not wanted and piss the locals off, but that's about the extent of the value of the thing.

    fuckall/10

    quote of teh moov:
"iffen they wunnt comin in to you, sometime you gotta gwan reach out t' theyum"

    wait. sorry. gettting through it.

an american talking to local elders:

"these foreigners [the people who actually live in the country he's in] wont fight my soldiers, they hide on a mountain"

oh americunts. you so fucken stoopid.
