Herbal support with natural relaxants(verbena, chamomile, kava, etc etc) is such a easy and pleasant way to give up

Ok I will bite. Within the sphere of psychological theory for anyone making 'claims' to be taken seriously it is a usual prerequisite that they publish their research in a peer reviewed reputable journal. The peer review system ensures that the correct procedures and ethical considerations have been undertaken and that the research is reliable and valid. And there is still something to be said for frontal lobotomies and electric shock for the right situation and right person.
I am unaware of any research that has tested the Allen Carr method of quitting, although from what little I know about this man he ascertains that one of the things that assisted him to quit smoking was the realisation that he was an addict. As per my other comment, I know that I am still an addict but I am just choosing not smoke each day.
We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year,
Running over the same old ground.
What have you found? The same old fears.
Wish you were here. QWQ
