Thanks for all your messages as well as the texts, calls and PM's.

Right at this time its not easy to get on the PC and write stuff like this so I take the opportunities when I can.

I'm getting through what I need to get through. Big thing is I have the OXFAM 100km Trailwalk next weekend that I have been training for now for a fulll year. That needs to be done because its a challenge to myself, a team achievement and the chance to something back to the world by raising a few bucks for people who would love the opportunity to fight over a TV remote or who does the washing up etc etc..

So, thats where I am, thanks again for all your help and support, I'll drop in when I can. Going to get on the bike tomorrow for the first time in 3 weeks, cant wait for that.
