    Dude,

Hang in there, can be tough at times but things you love are worth fighting for. And remember, I live 50 metres from a Pie shop if you need to get away. Also remember that no matter how hard shit is... Your not DB

Well, still working out stuff but feck me, am I back into it or what.....

After the 100km walk at the weekend and the impending protest rides, I reckon it's time I stop fucking about and get on with the good things in life.

There is still a long way to go and I'm up for it.

Thanks again to those KB'rs who have been fecking better than many of the so called frends in this world, you know who you are.

Even back in the studiio getting the second album underway, its a great life.

As I said, there is still a long road ahead but I will have it my lovelies

    Cheers

    FM

You know there always has to be a silver lining. I am not working at the moment, I am reduced to laying on the couch watching daytime TV! But...

I got a recipe today that might interest you, it involves pastry, chocolate, banana and butterscotch sauce. Oh, and whipped cream. It made me feel a bit like spewing, but no doubt the pie lovers amongst my friends and lover will adore it. Happy to invite you for a test taste
