    Range of used racing gloves

This will be my last thread tonight, I promise!

The first three pairs are Spool racing gloves, size 7 - or the equivelent to a medium to large - almost a small large if that makes sense. They are all the same - the all have carbon fibre knuckles and figer protection points, and a carbon scuff/slide pad on the cuff. They are double reinforced on the high impact areas in the palm, and have internal stiching around the fingers. All of these gloves have been crashed at some point - some more than others. I have put numbers in the photos to ID the gloves.

#1 is the pair in the best condition. They have no obvious wear on the hand. The left glove has a couple of light scratches on the knuckle protector, and quite a bit of wear on the cuff protection - outside botom left in the photo, though you can't really see it. It also has wear on the cuff velcro close - like it folded back a bit when it hit the track. The velcro isn't as good as new because of this, but easily stays closed. The right glove has a wee wear mark on the inside wrist, and the velro is a little worn, not as much as the left though. There ones are $50.

#2 has a lot of wear on both gloves on the knuckle protectors. they have wear on the leather on the outside of palms where they have hit the ground. The carbon is a little ripped on the cuff protectors. Both the inside palms and fingers are good though. $40.

#3 Has had a hard life. The outside of the gloves are OK, but the palms are hard worn - particularly the left one, which is why I have photo'd it. You can see my hand through it. $20.

The last pair, pair #4, are Orina brand racing gloves. these have fake carbon knuckles and finger protection - which as you can see in the photo is whole and is just clearish plastic underneath. they have double leather reinforcment through the palms and are very comfortable. Same size as above. $40.

happy to have people around for a look, can ship nationwide for $6 overnight. If i've sent them to you and you are unhappy with their condition, I will refund your full purchase price and the freight - you will just have to pay to get them back to me.

    Cheers,
    Jay

Yeah, only pair number 3 with the almost burst palm would I not race in again, but this is only part of my collection over the years - I have two other pairs of racing gloves I'm holding on to.

Best gloves I have ever used and lasted several seasons of abuse crashing buckets, falling off sidecars etc, pity you got little midget hands and they won't fit me, the glove that superseded them was rubbish and didn't even last a season
