I'm running 64 bit Windows 7, and decided to give 64 bit FireFox a go. It's been in beta quite a long time, and alas is not likely to go to "full release" until the next version, 3.7.
Anyway, I through caution to the wind and gave it a try:

Everything works pretty good, except flash. Even the 64 bit beta version of the flash player from Adobe doesn't seem to work - and you know what, that's great!
I didn't realise how much flash was detracting from my Internet experience. It seems flash is used a lot by intrusive adverts.
I almost wonder it HTML5 will substantially reduce flash usage anyway. HTML5 has native support for streaming video, and all sorts of animation options.
If you run a 64 bit OS, and don't care about flash, then I say give it a ago. I've been using it for about 10 days now, and it is nice and stable and suitable for everyday use.
