I had to laugh at the line up on The Documentary Channel over Easter weekend, the programmes were a mix of Docos on Jesus and the bible and Rock school and Metallica.... Interesting mix

oh and BTW I always thought Megadeath was just a bit second rate

Funny I was just youtubing the 'new' album as reading this, didn't sit all the way through the doco as it finished at 11:30, but I did wonder if it was going to end up saying that after all that they released St Anger & it was their worst album ever, I gave my copy away. Musos, what a bunch of ego wallys though huh?
Don't you look at my accountant.

    Them there are fightin' words.

Dave can't sing. But at least he didn't create Saint Anger.

FWIW I liked St Anger 'cos it was a realistic record of where they were at musically and personally eg all fucked up. Thats one bitter and twisted album.

Without getting that poison out of their system I don't think Death Magnetic would have happened or they would still be together today.

St Anger still sits alongside the rest of my collection because love it or hate it, it is still a Metallica record.

BTW If they come I'll be there. I might even wear my T from the Ride the Lightening tour 'cos that when I first saw them live c/w Cliffy RIP.
