I reckon there's about 18 months left on the non-competition agreement.
I don't have grave concerns for the Motor Co based on my experience with the products either. Golfer or not.
Have just spent nearly a month living with a 103 cube 'Police' engine and it's a very pleasant powerplant - the 2010 range are very competent bikes.
