Against my better judgement i went along to a work do at a local boozer this afternoon mostly because my better 1/2 wanted to attend.Apart from a few mates i work with that ride bikes i dont have anything to do (socially) with the rest of em.After some pleading followed by "someones name ive already forgotten husband rides a Honda he will be there" i relented and off we went.Someones name ive already forgottens husband whos name ive also forgotten was indeed there and in a very dark pub was resplendent with his (i think) mirror shades on,remember Top GUn? this fucker honestly believed he was in it ive no doubt.Greetings were exchanged followed by roughly an hour of women shit (cheap wine eh) as mine and his partners did what women do followed by a few seconds of peaceful serenity until the Iceman enquired as to what i rode and how long ive ridden bikes,all good until totally ignoring the return of the Marque vue (spelling) fuelled ones continued to recant stories of Foggy type riding feats over the Pig root on a new RRRRRR Honda something,enough was enough and in desperation sought solace in the Pokey machine room,not being a regular if at all for many years pub goer i reluctantly put a $10 in a machine had a few spins and then all hell broke loose,bewildered to be honest as every bugger in there was looking at meturned out i had won the Jackpot
$934 to be exact.Nice work indeed.Even bought Mr Iceman a Tequila before grabbing the by this stage well under way Marque Spew (spell) drinking one and heading for home.Whos selling those Pazzo levers then eh.
