For all those who still need a fix after saturday this is an open invitation for everyone and anyone to join me for a ride north through the mighty manawatu.

Planned route is: SH57 to ashhurst for fuel stop then on to pohangina valley - Apiti - mangaweka - V hill into Feilding
Anyone welcome to come along this is my first time through the valley so will be riding accordingly

Leaving Levin at 10am can meet any kapiti riders just ova railway crossing on kimberley rd (SH57)

    Happy birthday then..

I'll prob just go to either the top of the hill or maybe martinborough (depends) as I need to be back earlyish for some chores etc etc...

SO - 9:30, Paraparaumu railway stn? That OK? I'm on the 1970 TR6C so my pace will be, 'dignified' but you lot can please yourselves...

I was going to head out and start at the cost, but I actaully don't know where the paraparaumu station is (I know I know - it's the station in paraparaumu, just haven't been there before - silly blonde), as I am just one of those want-to-be Kapiti Coast folk. But can you really blame us?

So will see you at the Rimutex. Might follow you back over after if anyone sticks around for an extra wee blat. Feeling better already with the thought of a ride. Just hope this splitting migraine buggers off before chucking on the helmet.

Good stuff... I had me little thing done without sedation so I can drive and operate heavy machinery... Which frankly is a testament to the efficiency of modern medicine because i couldn't operate heavy machinery before went in.. Perhaps I should consider a HD ?? Anyway, going by intial results I've got a few other things to consider in the right now... Drat.... But not riding motorbikes aint one of em.. Yippee...

Anywho... If you want I can swing past coastlands car park on the way. I will be going to BP to get some gas first so no drama.... Frankly - there will likely be a frost tonight so I wouldnt be wanting to blast over the hill too early...

Its hidden on a back street.
Normally (well for the TCWN rides anyway) Kapiti riders meet at the Mobil Sation by the lights - right there on SH1 where anyone new or from out of the area can find it. And you can even top up your tank (and tummy) there too. (BP is across the road for those that like that flavour.)

I suggest we make this the standard meeting place (like Rimutex)
Experience......something you get just after you needed it

If it was only an occasional bit of cheek it would be not only acceptable but just plain titilating...full view of crack PLUS both sides is a bit too much info for this poor old woman.
