Hoot aside, your Trophy needs to be seen and appreiciated, a very nice bike man . Ask Randell if you can have both

yeah -well, thanks ;-) but really its just a nice old bike going through one of its shiney phases... (and about to go through new rings phase)... Still, I going for a wof tomorrow with him for the trophy and will ask his preference. He got a real laugh from the suzuki and people love to see it as its pretty hilarious. A heck of a lot of people had them back in the day and have good memories of em....

I replaced the throttle cable tonight and the choke cable tonight on the Trophy as the old one was getting a bit sticky.. NOS choke (real deal from the 1960's) and top quality new throttle cable - $21 each... I love old bikes...

My open home finishes at 1pm - so if it's fine I'll take the beastie out for a spin for a couple of hours. Let me know what direction you might be and I might be able to meet up

The road is still closed - it first got closed this morning due to an accident, but I think the massive slip past the twin bridges has let loose again. i'll keep ya posted - it was closed for a week last time that slip went, and the road is closed at the same point again. Oooo I'd love to see you all go past - I'm up past the wellesley camp on the next straight. Give me a toot!! (lookout for the mass of flaxes).

Thank you. Yes, I must be positive about it all. I'll jump on here tomorrow and let you know if the road is still closed or not too
