Was an interesting day that is for sure.

Also had something I have not experienced to date... A tankslapper at 100+/-Kph... Very interesting feeling that.
Managed to keep it up and not panic, was over before I realised. But no way do I want another one!!

Just to add a new spin on things, if any of you riders wanna stop in and say "happy birthday you old git", I is having a wee shindig at the new place on saturday/night/sunday to cellibrate gettin old(er), tents welcome, with plenty of paddock space (bunkroom aint quite there yet)

Realise i havent been stickin my nose out in these rides, you'll see the reason if ya stop in, (hands hurt far too much to twist a throttle, ok so it's been cold too)

Update for Saturdays proposed ride to Manfield:

Weather looking rubbish with showers all the way up with rain at times. POO!

Hopefully that changes again over the next day or two, but will only make a day of it if we get the good stuff from the weather gods **does a little dance to impress them and make the sun shine**

Last 4 days of sunshine have had me looking forlourn (sp) at the bike but hey been far too busy gettin this joint ready so it aint been missed ! I will ride again !
