Your a keen young man aren't you? Actually, the roads not too bad up there at the moment just a little slippery. If you came past close to 1pm stop at the top of the drive - you cant miss it - aweful big "FOR SALE" Sign outside.

We will be out and about today (yes just for a change) if anyone's cruising SH1

Gonna head up to foxton for a surprise visit to one of the boys in their new shop. They aint too busy at the moment (who gets into an ice cream hot dog shop in winter ?) so we gonna stop for a dog just before lunch, then on through the manawatu somewhere the nose takes us and back through to sparkies bar and then maybe an icecream at Robs before heading back to the clubrooms for a couple of bevies or coffee !

So if ya see a bunch of bikes parked outside a milk bar in main st foxton, yep it's us milkbar cowboys on a sundae sunday ride !

Great days ride. Really sorry for Eddie's accident but glad no serious damage. Nice to catch up with the other riders at the white swan and be greeted by a hug from the lovely Carla. Take care one and all and look forward to riding again soon.

Eddie took a bend too wide and ended up flipping bike in a ditch several times. He did a bit of flipping himself and we hope he escaped just with what seemed to be a broken collar bone.

Eddie's fine. I had a call from his wife when I got home. No broken bones, just a concussion.
He will be very sore in the days to come.

Great day for riding eh? We even discovered some new Wairarapa roads.....pity they didnt go anywhere

Good to catch up with folk at the top of the hill and at the White Swan.
Had a nice pootle home via the Akatarawas (complete with Scone stop at Chez Katiepie - I ate your one too, AJ

There are still plenty left

and there will be more next week!

Thanks to the folk this afternoon for a lovely wee ride, and for the fun play on the Akas Sels - really enjoyed that. Pleased you made it home safely.

Will try and plan some kind of BBQ at my place soon after a ride.
