its an awesome day out there already. So - game plan is leaving Rimutex at 10.30 and i will meet the goup at Featherston or Martinborough. Gladstone road to Masterton. Fuel stop at Faulknors, picking up Stormer, then onwards to Castlepoint. Then returning via the white Swan in Greytown. Hope there is food at castlepoint

I almost came along, made it to Rimutex (which is a good start for me).

Was early for the meeting time so headed off for a pootle on my own (the thought of the hill was too off putting)
