hehe, for once I was probably the most sober of everyone!! I had a feeling after we drank the bar out of the beer we were drinking. Though we have to hand it to Malcolm for not having a spew after those shots!

So have you got that throttle sorted out & ready for the Slippy?
Don't you look at my accountant.

hehe, I was fine the next day. Especially after I cooked up a big feed of sausages, eggs and chips!....

Nah, not yet. We are heading up to Hastings that same weekend. Remember, we talked about that on Sat night!

Oh, if you say so. I probably told you about my world domination plans starting with annexing Poland. It's worked once before & they won't be expecting it a 2nd time, but best not tell anyone about it just in case. Ahh rats. Oh well best go back to refitting that new carb on the fiddy.

    Hehe, good times...

I'm sure that bastard knows the exact moment to bring the shots out... He must enjoy it.

The plan with the carb is to replace the whole thing with a smaller one anyway.

I have a more conventional style Walbro pumper that the hole in the back is 30mm and with some real rough calcs the oval choke cross section is close to 28mm equivalent.
The carb on there now has a 38mm hole in the back of it! Havn't worked out the area of the oal bit yet but it is HUGE. the inlet tract currently goes from 38mm to 26mm over about 15mm...

Hey guys, I hope the Wellington bucketers who were at Kaitoke on the 18th read this.....

I watched some footage a couple hours ago taken by Kyle straight after my crash. I don't remember Kyle even being there that day and I don't remember a lot of what I was saying or doing after my crash. Would just like to apologize because I sounded like a bit of an asshole on the footage and I absolutely promise I have no recollection of this. I saw a doctor and was told I had a concussion which can result in a few things such as memory loss. Apparently once your brains gets a chance to swell a bit (soon after knocking it) you can have short term memory loss in mild cases. I have never had this before and it is quite freaky to watch myself in the footage repeating myself over and over.

Once again I am sorry if I came off as a bit of a prick at best. Andrew A you were NOT going slow at all, I had no bloody idea what I was saying. You're a fast man and I clearly couldn't keep up. I don't know what the hell I was on about.

    Cheers.

To be perfectly honest I am more worried about the system letting you down.
There is no way you should have gone back out on the track that day.

Don't worry as long as you return that $40 you borrowed all will be forgiven. That stain has to come out of the Vicar's shawl.

To be honest we tried pretty hard to stop him. In the end the clerk of the course stepped in but not soon enough

Yup you're right. I have been told a few people told me not to go out, I only remember walking to the nurse with you Fish after you came to chat to me. And she didn't stop me. Wish she had.
