The weather forcast is not brillant at this stage. But how often do they get it right.

Won't pull the pin on the ride until Saturday morning, but if its crappy it's off.

As has been said if the weather is crappy the ride is off.

If it is really good we will go somewhere out of town, maybe Greta Valley.

Something less than crappy weather will mean somewhere not too far from town, maybe Godley house or the Wheatshief.

Saturday morning weather will give us a destination.

    We will post by 10.00am.

    Hey all,
I've posted a clip of what that little camera is like that i have in my helmet. Not bad for $30 i say this was also taken on a cloudy day it looks better on a nice sunny day.

I just picked it up off ebay. Oh and it does take a while to get shipped mine took about 3 weeks to get here.

Thats pretty good! How is it in really sunny conditions? I have a little pinhole 'spycam' I use but it suffers from 'flare' a bit.

PS - You were't surriptiously monitering that innocent police car were you?

Probably count your blessing that he didn't pull a u'y in front of you and set off in hot pursuit.

Took the wife up the western part of the Summit Road. There is a spot where the hang gliders throw themselves off the cliff that has the most incredible view up the harbour and out through the heads.
She was well impressed. Bit cold to linger tho!

There's a bit of frost about - in fact it's colder now out his way than it was before the sun came up. Watch out in the shady places.
