    Asked the question, armour-all it was. Still waiting on my sample of cleaner, which I suspect will turn out to be isopropyl alcohol wipes - which we commonly use at the hospital.

    I'd ring up the armour-all manufacturer and ask if it can be nuetralised.

    I used a quick ( and careful) wipe using Dulon thinners
    Winding up drongos, foil hat wearers and over sensitive KBers for over 14,000 posts...........

    The Sydney office of Clorox - the makers - advised one thing only. Warm soapy water, over and over again. And it worked. The excessive slip has gone, but I can still move about as and when I want to. The techs' words were "Don't use armor-all on the saddle. Ever"

    I had a similar problem with my leathers after I used Mothers Restorer on the trou...Slid around all over the place for a couple of days. Wore off though...

    geez, are people still using armourall on seats? I did that once, 25 years ago on a cb400. Never again.

    I use armourall all the time to clean the seat have done for years,its a bit slippy for a few minets after, but never for long.Leather seems to wear it off pretty quick
