Got the mighty "turtle" running finally, two years of sitting under a tree did not help the old girl, the photo shows she is now in "tip top"condition i even replaced the old duck tape with red tape and wrapped a bandage around the pipe, i have been around the block half a dozen times so i know shes good to go.
    What could possibly go wrong??

There's around 50 roads closed already ... and if the shit keeps coming, the Lindis may not be an option either ...

"Rough and dirty" is ok ... but "wet and cold" loses it's shine pretty quickly at this time of year ...

Hells bells looks like it might be a wet one.

It doesn't look like it's going to be too cold. The new fabric cadura jacket is going to get a work out, it better be water proof as I don't want to pack an over coat.

How do you find out what roads are open? In the past I have called up the local garage and asked them, is there a better way when we are on the road.
