I, too, log on at the home page- but rarely scroll down the entire page-, then jump to what's new. Log off again in the forums. One more answer for you.

I am clever enough to click 'Home' if I wish to see whats on the home page.
No worried where I default to when I log on, that does not concern me, I could alter it if I had to.

Don't see "Home" much. I used to when there was Today's Birthday on the left hand side.
